Mount Lookout is a neighborhood located in Cincinnati, OH. The area gets its name from an observatory build in the 1800s, now called the Cincinnati Observatory. as it was built on top of a hill that overlooks downtown Cincinnati. The community was called “Delta” until 1870 when it was annexed to the city.
